Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During holidays, orders may experience processing delays.

If invalid information is provided (inaccurate/incomplete payment or incorrect address), your order may be delayed an additional 3–5 business days.

Note: All U.S. shipping addresses are verified through USPS. If unsure, please refer to USPS.com. (This does not apply to international orders.)

We ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Excludes weekends and public/postal holidays.

UroMax is NOT responsible if a package is not delivered within carrier “guaranteed” times, as it takes 1–2 business days to process orders and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.

Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Transit time does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. UroMax is not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, including material shortages, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is refused, the shipping & handling fee will be charged to the payment method used at checkout and deducted from any refund. Refunds for refused products will be initiated only after the product is received and reviewed by the UroMax team.

Carrier: United Parcel Service (UPS) is the primary delivery service used. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS. For delays or delivery issues, please contact us at support@uromax.org or visit thesugarharmony.org. UroMax is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

International Shipping: In rare cases, delivery can take 4–6 weeks, and in severe cases 8–12 weeks. UroMax is not responsible for delays caused by destination-country customs. Certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to location.

Cancel Order

Due to high order volume, orders go directly to our fulfillment center. If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and your order has not been processed, it can be cancelled. After 24 hours, or if the order is processed/shipped, we cannot cancel.

If already shipped, you may refuse the package and immediately notify support@uromax.org with the refusal date, or return the package with a valid tracking number and notify us of that tracking. After we receive and review the returned package, we will issue a refund.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check your address. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address entered by the buyer.

If the order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the address. If the package is returned to us, we can reship or refund.

Delivery of Items

If carrier tracking confirms delivery to your address, UroMax does not offer refunds for items claimed as not received. Please contact the designated carrier (USPS/UPS) for assistance if tracking shows “delivered”.

Returns

To obtain a full refund for your bottle(s), you must return all bottles—empty, full, or partially full (including any “bonus” or “free” bottles)—to our fulfillment center within 60 days of the original order date, with a note inside the package containing:

  • Your Order ID (found on your receipt)
  • Your Full Name and Full Address where the shipment was received
  • Your Email Address and Phone Number
  • Your original packing slip (if available)

NOTE: Failure to return all bottles will result in a partial refund.

Products must arrive at our facility within 60 days of purchase. Failure to include all bottles (empty/full/partial, including “bonus/free/gifted” bottles) or to clearly write your order details may result in our inability to refund you. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center confirms receipt and details, a refund will be issued (typically 3–5 business days to appear on your statement).
